a. “Services”: the services provided by AUDICO, including our website, mobile applications and other associated services.

- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such material in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing it.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use, and not for further reproduction, publication or distribution.
b. User content: you retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create and share through our services. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AUDICO, its officers, directors, employees and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

AUDICO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will inform you of any change by publishing the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after publication of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Côte d’Ivoire. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
